Pricing FAQ

You're only charged when a lead is delivered to you. For call leads, the charge fires after the call exceeds 60 seconds. For form leads, the charge fires when we send you the homeowner's details. Your card is charged automatically at the end of each billing month.
A bad lead is one where the phone number is disconnected or clearly fake, the address is outside El Paso County, the homeowner is a contractor themselves, or the issue described is not roofing-related. We review disputes within 48 hours and credit your account if the claim is valid.
Yes. In your contractor portal you can set a maximum number of leads per month. Once you hit that cap, we pause your account for the remainder of the month and resume automatically on the 1st.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your contractor portal. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and ACH bank transfer for monthly subscribers. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
